1. Before we send out the product, we can help our customer change the language to be English interface (need open the box, please know that). We must explain to you that after we changed the system, the projector language is not 100% English, of which 5% is Chinese, but this does not affect normal use. It is still the English interface, but the function is the same as the international version.
2. All projectors are original and full new. Because of the projector being expensive, except for quality problems from the factory or projector damage during shipping, other reasons (like buyer does not like it when received / different from your imagination / think too expensive, etc.) are not eligible for return or replacement. Please consider clearly before ordering.
3. We will add 1pcs power adapter that suits your country.
We provide 12-months free maintenance. The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return. If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
Usually we will send the items within 3 days (working days) after receiving the order. We will ship via Express by FedEx, DHL, TNT etc. You will receive it in 3-7 days.
